Within each link, you will find a listing of clinics that I feel have significant experience treating patients of a darker skin tone. All these clinics have Nd:YAG lasers on location, and most have owners or staff that have posted detailed posts or videos on the internet that I have found helpful and reflective of high standards. These listings are meant to be a guide, and I have attempted to find the most suitable quality places where a darker skinned person can go for treatment. However, in the end, there is always potential for side effects and skin damage, even in the hands of the best machine operators. The best solution to our problem is to figure out a way to not care about body hair! I have not managed to do this, so the next best solution is to take action and pick a method to control the hair problem, be it electrolysis, laser or hormone treatments.
