Most people say that laser is better than IPL, but I heard some people with better IPL results. I think IPL is also laser btw.

laser is light of one wavelength. Lasers need contrast which is why its so difficult to see good long term results for us (dark skin).

IPL is a mixture of all wavelengths. It doesn't do a good job with hair removal. IPL is used more in doctor's offices for skin rejuevenation.
